This inspiring series explores six areas of significant need in our community, and how innovative nonprofits and philanthropists are collaborating to bring help and hope to our most vulnerable neighbors.
Building Bridges: Connection. Community. Humanity., examines how collective action can break down barriers, expand opportunities, and create pathways to lasting change. Featuring business leader and philanthropist Keith Swayne, his daughter and President of the Swayne Family Foundation Fund, Anne Swayne Keir, Dr. Jerry Hunter and leaders from Groundswell, Project Kinship, and the Orange County Congregation Community Organization (OCCCO), the episode highlights the partnerships and personal journeys helping build a more equitable future for Orange County.
