The dream of a more vibrant, prosperous Orange County is within our reach.
Since 1989, the Orange County Community Foundation has granted more than $440 million to dreamers and doers motivated by their passion for a wide range of causes and issues. People not only wanting a better future, but believing that a brighter future is possible.
And with you, it is. Take a look at what we are doing and then contact us to get involved.
Simply put, we help people support the causes they care about most. We work with individuals, families and businesses to match charitable interests to community needs. We provide grants and resources to nonprofits and monitor local issues.
OCCF’s work ranges from helping veterans return to civilian life to providing at-risk teens with opportunities to overcome the challenges of poverty. We’re working on problems of homelessness, health and wellness, and education as well as what we term safety-net concerns, the critical issues that arise when deep poverty and a high cost of living coexist.
The issues are connected; the solution involves you. Read about our work in the 2016 Annual Report and learn more about our community leadership initiatives:
