Leslie Prado, MBA is a seasoned nonprofit leader driving strategic vision and impactful community engagement. At the Orange County Community Foundation (OCCF), she leads the strategic direction and execution of the Foundation’s Vision 2030 Community Impact Initiatives, guiding grantmaking across discretionary, field of interest, and scholarship funds. In her role, Leslie also provides staff leadership for the Board’s Community Impact and Legacy Oversight Committees, ensuring alignment of resources with community priorities.
With more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Leslie has a strong track record of directing large-scale, multi-site programs across California, leading cross-functional teams, and building strategic partnerships that strengthen community outcomes. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Programs at MyPath, a national nonprofit focused on youth financial capability and economic inclusion. Prior to that, she held leadership roles including Associate Director of Operations and Program Manager roles at United Way and local community organizations, where she led initiatives to expand financial wellness, economic opportunity, and social supports for underserved communities.
Leslie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach and holds an MBA from Concordia University. She combines strategic insight with a passion for community empowerment and equitable access to opportunity.
