LOCA Arts Education Endowment

For over 30 years, LOCA (Laguna’s Outreach for Community Arts) has connected people who make art professionally with people who create art and those who appreciate art. We provide professional artists, supplies and instruction to students of all ages and skill sets.

Working with our community partners we foster art, art appreciation and community.  Our wide-ranging educational opportunities include classes, workshops, and demonstrations in different media. In addition, we provide Art Talks throughout the year where you meet Orange County’s most fascinating visual artists and industry professionals!

Art education is the spark that lights the fuse of the imagination. It opens the door to a world of creativity and expression that makes our world a better and more beautiful place to live.
