Sharon Johnson joins OCCF as the Director of People and Culture. She is responsible for providing direction and oversight of all aspects of Human Resources, including enhancing the employee experience, implementing recruitment and retention strategies, employee development and driving human resources innovation.
Sharon brings over 21 years of leadership in Human Resources Management in various industries including manufacturing, retail, distribution and higher education. Sharon joined OCCF from Associated Students Inc., California State University Fullerton where she held the role as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to working in the HR field Sharon worked in Early Childhood Education for 15 years as a preschool teacher, a Children’s Center Director and a Regional Director overseeing 14 Early Childhood Education Centers and afterschool programs. Sharon received her Master of Science Degree in Human Resources at Chapman University.
