Rachid Chamtieh

Rachid Chamtieh is a partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP and manages Deloitte’s Pacific Southwest audit practice, which includes the Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Phoenix and Las Vegas offices. He has more than 22 years of financial, management and real estate experience, including private equity, commercial, homebuilders, public and private real estate investment trusts, SEC reporting and acquisition due diligence. He has served in a variety of leadership roles at Deloitte & Touche, including serving as real estate leader for the West Region and a member of the company’s National Board Council. Rachid earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Accounting from California State University of Long Beach. Additionally, he is certified public accountant and active member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants, Urban Land Institute and NAREIT. Rachid served as a board council member for the UCI Center for Real Estate and a member of the USC Lusk Center. He has served on the board of directors for KidWorks in Santa Ana was a previous board chair.
