
Lynette Miller is the Director of People and Culture at the Orange County Community Foundation. Lynette brings more than 25 years of Human Resources experience and is responsible for employee engagement, recruitment, workforce planning, compensation, safety, culture and benefits administration. Prior to joining OCCF she served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Wells Fargo. Lynette is currently serving as the Co-Board Chair of Impact Giving. She received her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
