Paul Kagoo

Paul Kagoo serves as vice president of corporate strategy at Western Digital Corporation. Prior to this, he served in management roles with McKinsey & Company and Englekirk Structural Engineers. He is a proven team leader and capable of driving change through complex, data-based problem solving to create effective solutions for business growth. Born and raised in India, Paul received his Bachelor’s Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and then moved to Irvine where he received his Master of Science from the University of California, Irvine. He then spent a year in Paris where he received his MBA from the INSEAD Business School before returning to Irvine with his family to continue his career. He feels fortunate to have spent time living on three difference continents as it has significantly shaped his world vision. Passionate about volunteering, Paul has served as a pro bono consultant with the Orange County Community Foundation, as a detention ministry volunteer for the Orange County Detention Center, as well as a variety of other community volunteer roles.
