Building A Healthier, More Vibrant Orange County for All

The dream of a more vibrant, prosperous Orange County is within our reach. OCCF is uniquely positioned to provide long-term leadership in many areas of Orange County by working in collaborative and innovative ways to build a stronger, more vibrant community for all who call it home. Strategic community leadership initiatives that OCCF has helped to lead include the following:

Powering Good

OCCF is pleased to present our donors and community partners with an opportunity to support our mission through an annual partnership program. Powering Good supports the vital work and mission of OCCF to drive innovative solutions to our community’s most pressing challenges.

ConnectOC

With support from visionary leaders, generous donors and hardworking organizations across our community, ConnectOC surfaces local knowledge vital to the county’s well-being—and suggests strategies and opportunities to make life better for all of us who call Orange County home.

Orange County Endowment

Established in 1994 to ensure that OCCF could respond quickly and effectively to OC’s most pressing needs. Five funds support specific fields of interest including Excellence in Education, Health and Wellness, Arts and Culture, Environment, and Special Needs.

Community Initiatives

OCCF is proud to take a leadership role, bringing people and organizations together to identify, invest in, and advance community initiatives such as our Workforce Development Initiative, OC Opportunity Initiative, OC Veterans Initiative, and ACT Anaheim.

OC Nonprofit Central

OC Nonprofit Central is Orange County’s only online resource with in-depth information on more than 600 local nonprofits administered by OCCF’s knowledgeable team. Find detailed financial and programmatic metrics, make informed charitable decisions, and give all in one place.

iheartoc Giving Days

OCCF powers cause-specific giving days for local nonprofits throughout the year. Having grown from a single countywide day of giving in 2015, the effort now comprises a year-long series of Giving Days bringing together donors and nonprofits tackling Orange County’s greatest challenges.
