Rachel Donawerth joined the Orange County Community Foundation as the Center for Engaged Philanthropy (CEP) Associate in 2018. She administers grants and charitable distribution requests, provides specialized care for donors, and organizes the CEP team, which includes supporting VP, Todd Hanson. Throughout her life, Rachel has volunteered with many nonprofits on a local, national, and international level, and deeply values serving those around her every day. Rachel volunteers for a variety of local nonprofits, including the Praise Symphony Orchestra and Compass Bible Church. She has a passion for helping students with special needs and veterans, as well as sharing the gift of music. Prior to this position, Rachel worked in Human Resources and Visa Support for World Horizons UK, a nonprofit in Llanelli, Wales, allowing her to bring skills in administration and donor care to this position. Rachel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Biola University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Music and Intercultural Studies and is currently completing a Master of Arts in New Testament from Talbot School of Theology.
