Carol Ferguson

Carol Ferguson came to the Community Foundation in 2010. She brings several years of corporate business development experience to her role as Director of Donor & Community Engagement, where she supports OCCF’s donors, helping them achieve their philanthropic goals and inspiring effective and impactful giving. By keeping a pulse on the Orange County nonprofit community, she maintains a broad understanding of the changing needs in the community and uses this knowledge to work with donors to meet their giving goals. Carol also manages several programs for the community foundation including our Veterans Initiative. Carol graduated with a business degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and earned her MBA at Pepperdine University.
