Grants Aministrator
This position is primarily responsible for supporting the Donor Relations and Programs (DRP) department with grant and scholarship administrative functions. Working in cooperation with the DRP and finance teams, this position will support the foundation’s grant and program activities, scholarships, data entry, quality assurance and reporting. The Controller, a new position for OCCF, will manage the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities of a community foundation with $250 million in assets and 500+ component funds.  The Controller must collaborate with all levels of OCCF staff to ensure friendly, timely, and accurate information to both internal and external clients.  In addition, the Controller provides assistance and support to the Vice President of Finance and Administration and the President in all financial matters, and manages several positions including the Accounting Manager, Manager of HR and Operations and the Senior Staff Accountant. Vice President, Philanthropic Planning and External Relations

A newly-created position, the Vice President, Philanthropic Planning and External Relations will be a key member of the senior management team and will report directly to the President.
