Reporting Guidelines
Congratulations on receiving a grant from the Orange County Community Foundation! Your grant award contract requires your organization to provide reports on the progress and outcomes of OCCF supported programs. In the column to the right, please find the reporting guidelines that correspond with your grant program.
Progress and final reports must be completed and submitted on time. Refer to your grant award agreement for your process and final report deadlines. Reports should be mailed to:
