Database & Information Manager

The Database and Information Manager will administer the Raiser’s Edge (RE) database and serve as the primary contact for all RE database issues and questions.  As a member of the OCCF team the incumbent will partner with all departments to ensure the accurate and efficient management of our database and information flow processes. Learn more

Philanthropic Advisor

The Philanthropic Advisor is responsible for providing high-quality stewardship and advisory services to OCCF donors who are part of the Foundation’s Center for Engaged Philanthropy.   This includes providing responsive grantmaking support and enriching learning opportunities, as well as responding to special requests that help donors achieve their philanthropic goals.  Services will also include creating family giving plans, multi-generational family engagement activities, access to nonprofit events and site visits, and administration of custom grant programs. Learn more 

Administrative Assistant, Finance & Administration
This position is primarily responsible for supporting the Vice President (VP) of Finance and Administration with administrative functions. This person will handle details of highly confidential and critical nature.  Additionally, this person will collect and prepare information for VP of Finance and Administration’s use including composing and processing letters, reports, emails and other materials as needed. Executive Assistant, Philanthropic Planning & External Relations

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Vice President of Philanthropic Planning and External Relations and intermittent clerical support to the other five members of the department. Duties include, but are not limited to, manage the daily schedule of vice president (meetings, travel, materials), schedule meetings and track activities related to donors and professional advisors,  prepare materials for internal and external meetings and presentations and research information as needed.
